estled within 150
acres of coconut plantation all 18 bures of Koro Sun Resort
overlook the ocean and reefs to the south of Vanua Levu. Each
bure conjures romantic images as the smell of frangipani flowers
and fresh ginger permeates the air and foot bridges cross over
brooks on the well manicured grounds. All
Bures feature custom mini-bars, air conditioning and ceiling
fans, king-size beds, hair dryers and toiletries, and coffee/tea
facilities. Telephones and televisions are mercifully absent.

Choose from several superb beach options at Koro Sun. The
lagoon beach is perfect for relaxing, and boasts good snorkeling
just minutes from shore. Fijian shade cabanas at the marina
beach afford a view of the dive shop, kayak area and the Koro
Sea. The lush jetty of land
connected
to the marina has a view of the Lotu island beach and ocean
beyond. Have a picnic prepared by the chef and take a sea kayak
out to the Lotu Island beach - just a 5 minute paddle to your
own private island.

‘ irvana’
is how you will describe any of the treatments offered in the
Rainforest Spa™. Surrounded by the sights, the sounds and the
sweet scent of the rain forest, soothing
waterfalls
and streams drain away stress and tension. Therapists are
trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue and many other specialties. Try
a Couples Massage with your partner or friend, or have two
therapists
work
on you at the same time! Treatments are as varied as the
techniques employed – choose from massages, body wraps, facial
scrubs, foot baths and much more.
ctivities
at Koro Sun abound. Of course there’s great diving and
snorkeling, but don’t forget to save some time for kayak treks,
village visits, waterfall and rain forest treks, or golf! Meke
shows are regularly performed and the kava bowl naturally has a
place of prominence. The Koro Kids Club (inclusive in the
resort tariff) operates daily from 8-5 with supervised programs
and activities that emphasize teaching Fiji’s ecology, marine
biology, and culture.

The plane ride from Nadi to Savusavu is
breath taking. The friendly Fijian staff makes you feel at
home right when you get off the plan. Koro Sun Resort is the
number one resort that I have stayed at. The food, massages,
activities, fishing, employees, and culture makes you feel
like you are in a dream. I would recommend Koro Sun for
everyone. John & Ellie, Dallas, Texas, U.S.A. - March 2008
"Dear Koro Sun!
What a Most Wonderful Time our family had staying with our new
"Fijian Family" at Koro Sun! I cannot begin to tell you how
much we enjoyed the time we spent with you! The gorgeous
surroundings, beach and ocean, mountain hikes and visits to
the incredibly friendly villages that were led by your staff
were exceeded only by the "Bula Spirit" of everyone associated
with your beautiful resort! Most of us have been to Hawaii and
various other South Pacific Islands perhaps several times. We
have found the place for our "repeat visit...to be SURE"!
THANK YOU ALL for a SPLENDID Vacation in EVERY Way!"
Jim Kack, Bozeman, MT USA - January 2005
.
Beautiful resort, beautiful food, beautiful people. Highly

Chris & Rosie Ralph, Victoria. Australia. - May, 2005

Barb & Eddie Siladi,

Brad, Dick and Millie and all the restaurant staff for making
our stay so wonderful."
